The Managing Director of Setareh Pourfar & Associates, Setareh Pourfar is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) and a full member of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC), Membership Number: R417335. In addition to her membership to ICCRC, she is also a member of Persian Immigration Consultant Association of Canada (PICAC), an instructor at The University of British Columbia and a Commissioner of Oaths, certificate Number: 202745. Setareh Pourfar is authorized under Canadian law to represent clients in immigration matters. In terms of Section 91 (1) and (7) (a) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act of Canada, a paid representative must be that is a member in good standing with:

  • a bar of a province;
  • or a public notary in the province of Quebec (Chambre des notaires du Québec);

The owner and managing director of Setareh Pourfar & Associates, Inc. became a member of the ICCRC after successful completion of a postgraduate course in immigration law in Canada, along with the successful completion of the entry examination for immigration law.
